Contamination control is an essential aspect to the safety of our patients. We provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our employees.

3. APPOINTMENTS

At Dental Den, we respect the time of our patients and make every effort to remain on schedule. So it is important that you please arrive on-time to your scheduled appointment.  Late arrivals cause schedule delays for those patients who arrive promptly at their appointment time. If you are going to be late, we appreciate that you inform us beforehand. If you are too late, your appointment may be rescheduled. Some visits are more complicated than others or as initially anticipated. If we are delayed, we will take every effort to inform you so  that the treatment can be continued on a later convenient date.

4. FEES & PAYMENTS
Cards

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Our fees are based on the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. We accept payments by cash or card (debit/credit). However, we only accept Visa or Master Card, and we are unable to accept American Express cards.

5. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

In order to provide you with a high standard of dental care and attention, we hold personal information about our patients. Every information about our patients is treated with the highest of confidentiality and we are fully committed to data protection.
